Media Release Terms & Agreement

Thank you for choosing us to help you with your event! We understand the need for some clients to remain private and not disclose photos or videos of their event to the public. With this understanding, if you do decide to disclose moments from your event please review and complete the form below.

By signing this form, the client agrees to and understands the following: The client agrees to allow Prolific Event Rentals LLC to copyright and use photographic images or videos of all event guests included intact or in part made through all media produced now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save Prolific Event Rentals LLC from any liability that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or video or in any subsequent processing, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
